These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between La Sicilyana Bistro, Wine Bar and Coffee Lounge (“La Sicilyana”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“Member”, “you”) regarding participation in our Online Wine Club. By joining the Club, you agree to these Terms.

• Before buying any of our Wines, Beers or Liqueurs, to unlock your special discounted member's price, you need firstly checkout and purchase your preferred monthly plan. When you next shop, you will see your discounted price within your shopping cart.
• Choose a monthly membership of £25, £45, £75, or £95, paid automatically using your preferred card or payment method.
• Your monthly payment is added to your member account balance.
• You can use this balance to order wine online at any time at exclusive member prices, saving up to 20% or more.
• There are no automatic wine deliveries — you order when you wish.
• Members must be logged into their account to access member pricing.
• If your account balance is insufficient, you can pay the difference at checkout using your preferred payment method — always at your member price.

• A minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months applies from the start date.
• After three months, you may pause, skip, or cancel by giving at least 28 days’ notice before your next payment.
• After the initial three-month commitment, you may also switch between payment plans (£25, £45, £75, or £95 per month) at any time.
• Monthly payments are collected automatically using your authorised payment method.
• Failure to maintain valid payment details may suspend membership benefits.
• If you cancel early (before three full payments), La Sicilyana reserves the right to charge the difference between member and non-member prices for any discounted purchases made.

• Free delivery on all orders of £150 or more (including VAT).
• Orders under £150 incur a £9.95 delivery charge (including VAT).
• Delivery is available to mainland UK only.
• Deliveries to Scottish islands may be available by quotation.
• Delivery times vary depending on stock and location.

Age Verification on Delivery:

• You must be 18 years or older to join or purchase wine.
• Our drivers are instructed to request proof of age if there is any doubt about the recipient’s age.
• If proof of age cannot be verified:
  • The delivery will be rescheduled once.
  • If still unsatisfied, the goods will be returned to us, and a refund issued minus any reasonable expenses incurred by La Sicilyana.

• Monthly payments add credit to your member account.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Any unused credit remains available while your membership is active.
• Upon cancellation, any remaining credit is valid for 60 days.
• Funds held within membership accounts are segregated from La Sicilyana’s operating capital and are used solely for sourcing and investing in new wines. This ensures that member funds are protected and dedicated to enhancing the wine selection available to members.

• All prices include VAT.
• Member prices are available only when logged in to your account.
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• We will always aim to ensure product information is accurate, but in the event of an error, we will contact you before dispatch.

• Your data is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Payment details are processed by our secure payment provider and not stored by us.

• La Sicilyana shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of payments made by you in the 12 months prior to any claim.

These Terms are governed by Scottish Law, and any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
