About the Winery: Cima del Pomer
A Pleasure to Sip. A Long History to Savor. A Culture to Discover. But also a patient craft, an ancient technique, and a constant pursuit.
This is how Cima del Pomer wines are born. From a land with a long-standing tradition of vine cultivation, in a family-run winery that has been producing wines since the 19th century, embodying the essence of this land with authenticity and natural slowness.
Wines that rest for a long time on the lees, in the bottle, to achieve bubbles of great freshness and a distinct sense of place, made with the care and passion of a small ancient artisanal winery.
Cima del Pomer are passionate lovers of the Marca Trevigiana, the Garden of Venice, whose typicality we narrate by creating sparkling wines with a unique character that tells a long story. That is why they want to give back to the local Indigenous grapes and to the Glera grape that represents this territory, the deserved importance through methods handed down for four generations generation and less and less practised.
Cima del Pomer, brings back the legacy of great-great-grandmother Itala Pizzolotto Guarda, born in 1896, and her elegant sparkling wine Fondante Integrale, which she patiently aged on the lees for the pleasure of her family and friends.

THE ITALIAN COLLECTION Cima del Pomer - Regina Caterina Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry
LA SICILYANA ITALIAN COLLECTION - LIMITED EDITION
Beyond Sicily, introducing Italy's hidden gems.
Cima del Pomer is an artisan producer of Prosecco and Spumanti, located near Treviso, in the Veneto region, North East of Italy with a total production of only 36,000 bottles. Crafted using the Martinotti-Charmat method, this DOCG Prosecco is made from Glera, an ancient semi-aromatic grape known for its golden, compact berries. In the Asolo hills, Glera expresses itself with elegance and finesse, giving life to a wine that’s light, luminous, and delicately fragrant.
The Extra Dry is slightly sweeter than Brut, with a balanced touch of residual sugar.
A symbol of joy, conviviality, and Italian hospitality, this is one of the most loved Proseccos in the world.
