About the Winery: Cima del Pomer
A Pleasure to Sip. A Long History to Savor. A Culture to Discover. But also a patient craft, an ancient technique, and a constant pursuit.
This is how Cima del Pomer wines are born. From a land with a long-standing tradition of vine cultivation, in a family-run winery that has been producing wines since the 19th century, embodying the essence of this land with authenticity and natural slowness.
Wines that rest for a long time on the lees, in the bottle, to achieve bubbles of great freshness and a distinct sense of place, made with the care and passion of a small ancient artisanal winery.
Cima del Pomer are passionate lovers of the Marca Trevigiana, the Garden of Venice, whose typicality we narrate by creating sparkling wines with a unique character that tells a long story. That is why they want to give back to the local Indigenous grapes and to the Glera grape that represents this territory, the deserved importance through methods handed down for four generations generation and less and less practised.
Cima del Pomer, brings back the legacy of great-great-grandmother Itala Pizzolotto Guarda, born in 1896, and her elegant sparkling wine Fondante Integrale, which she patiently aged on the lees for the pleasure of her family and friends.

THE ITALIAN COLLECTION Cima del Pomer - Ganzo Spumante Brut Nature
LA SICILYANA ITALIAN COLLECTION - LIMITED EDITION
Cima del Pomer is an artisan producer of Prosecco and Spumanti, located near Treviso, in the Veneto region, North East of Italy. Only 3300 bottles for this outstanding Spumante Pas Dosé, called Fondante Integrale, 24 months of refinement on the lees.
A delight to serve, as it can be enjoyed in two different expressions: clear or cloudy—two tactile and visual nuances that make this sparkling wine as intriguing to the eye as it is to the palate. When the bottle is gently swirled to activate the suspension of the yeasts, a refined opalescence appears in the glass, with the haze intensifying with each pour.
Sugar-free and with no added sulfites.
