Taralli are one of the most popular and traditional Italian baked products. Originally from the regions of Puglia and Calabria, they have the typical ring shape, biscuit-coloured, with a mat smooth surface and a crumbly and crunchy consistency.
The classic Taralli are made with flour, white wine, extra virgin olive oil and salt. To enrich the flavour, herbs can be added such as fennel seeds.
